Karli Fleury (she/her) is the Director of Workforce & Destination Initiatives for the Banff & Lake Louise Hospitality Association, supporting tourism operators in Banff National Park. As a partner in the Banff Borrows project, she boosts engagement in reuse and waste diversions programs and represents business challenges within the partnership. With a degree in Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility and over 15 years of hospitality experience, Karli is committed to making Banff National Park a leader in reuse solutions for visitor economies, fostering and demonstrating sustainability and resilience in the tourism sector.
