Richard Filiault is a seasoned business leader with over 15 years of experience in the plastics and recycling industries, focusing on sustainability, business growth, and innovation. As Director of Business Development at Revolution Company, Richard is responsible for all post-consumer recycled (PCR) resin sales, helping to drive sustainable solutions across the plastics supply chain.
Richard previously served as Senior Account Manager at GE Plastics/ Sabic SF&S, where he was instrumental in managing key accounts and securing multi-million-dollar contracts. His strategic approach to client management and product innovation helped expand GE’s market share and develop new high-margin product lines.
In addition to his corporate experience, Richard has led several entrepreneurial ventures. He founded a company that produced polycarbonate sheet and film, introducing high-end coating technologies and expanding into international markets. He also launched a full-service plastic recycling business that focused on reducing landfill waste and developing strategic international partnerships.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Chaminade University.
