Morning Workshops * 

These Workshops will be held on Wednesday morning, starting at 10:00 am. Cost: $75/person (additional tickets for guests, if needed, can be purchased as stand-alone items on our registration page)

Wednesday Activity * 

Wednesday, Oct. 30th from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
These tours/activities all happen at the same time – you can choose only one.

Please note that the Hotel Canoe & Suites and Waste Transfer Site is now full, but we are keeping a waiting list in case spots open up.

Haunted Castle Tour * 

The Haunted Castle Tour will be held as part of the Wednesday evening Reception starting at 7:00 pm. Cost: $40/person
NOTE: this tour is currently sold out, but you can request to be added to a waiting list

Dietary Restrictions

Extra Banquet / Spousal Tickets * 

Your own attendance to the banquet is included in your delegate registration fee. If you plan to bring one or more guest(s) to just the Thursday evening banquet & entertainment, please purchase an extra banquet ticket for each guest ($125/person). We also offer “spousal tickets” for $350/person that include all scheduled conference meals & entertainments (incl. banquet), but no sessions.

Consent * 

Conference speakers will have their name and company affiliation included on the conference delegate list which may be made available to each conference participant, and also included on the RCA’s conference web site. If you have any concerns about this, please let us know.
